Payment
All nightly reservations require payment of a reservation fee of one night.  Monthly reservations require a deposit of $500.  The reservation fee will be applied to your reservation at time of arrival.  Any remaining balances will be auto charged to the card on file on the check-in date.  If you would like to pay in cash, please make arrangements to do so 7 days prior to your arrival.

 

Cancellation
Indian Pass Campground is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7
days prior to your arrival date. Reservation fees are non-refundable for all cancelled reservations regardless of advance notice.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your site(s), a full or partial refund will be made, less the reservation fee. 

Date Change / Transfer Policy

If you need to change or transfer any dates of your reservation(s), we do it one time as a courtesy as long as it is  seven (7) days prior to arrival.  After the first change request, there is an additional $10 for each additional change or transfer of dates in your reservation.  You must call our office to request a date change or transfer; otherwise you will be charged a full reservation fee.

Rates

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 14 day cancellation notice is required on bookings & for some holidays & special events. 

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone) If arriving outside of check-in times there is a late arrival bin to the right of the front door that will have your rack card in it with your name, site number & a red line to follow to circled campsite. 

Check-out: 10:00 AM. Eastern time (If you fail to check out by 10:00A.M. eastern you will be charged a late departure fee.

    
WE NO LONGER DO PRIMITIVE CAMPING (We will honor previous reservation's). We still accept tent campers.
   

  • All camp sites have Power/Water on site. 

  • We have a dump station or a $15.00 honey wagon service.

  • Parking is limited to one vehicle per site. (Parking for additional vehicles is located in the public boat launch in front of the campground).

  • PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN EMPTY CAMPSITES SINCE THE SITE MAY BE RESERVED FOR ANOTHER GUEST. (Vehicles, boat's, or boat trailer's parked in emptied campsites will be charged the full price of the campsite and/or be towed at OWNER'S EXPENSE)!!!

  • Our bath house is closed everyday for cleaning from 10:00am-11:00am if you need to use the bathroom while it is being cleaned use the public restroom located at the public boat launch.

  • Please call the office (850)227-7203 the morning you want a pump out service between 9:00am-9:30am on Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's to be put on the pump out list. You can pay that gentleman $15.00 cash or have the office bill your credit card on file. NO PUMP OUT'S ON SUNDAY'S (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!!

  • If you have an after hour emergency (Power/Water outage) please use the contact number's listed on the front door of the store.

  • Absolutely no fireworks, firecracker's, black cat's, missile's, bottle rockets, aerial repeaters or any similar loud explosive's on campground properties (You do not want to be responsible for burning a hole in somebody's camper roof or burning down the campground) you will be asked to leave the campground with no refund.

  • Everybody will be required to pay one night's rates and that amount is non refundable but it will go toward's your stay as long as there are no damages done to the campsite.

  • All RV sites over six people will be an additional $4.00 per person.

  • All campsites that have more than two dogs will be an additional $4.00 per animal per night.

  • Everybody is required to pay 12% tax (7% State Tax & 5% Bed Tax) + all credit card fees are paid by the customer.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00P.M. Eastern until 8:00A.M. Eastern. So please be mindful of other camper's.

  • To avoid making this a non pet friendly campground please be respectful to other's, (ESPECIALLY NON DOG OWNERS) PLEASE PICK YOUR DOG(S)POOP UP. There are four poop bag stations throughout the campground in case you did not bring your own.
